TFWA Hires Emily Burke as New Digital Marketing Specialist

Burke has spent the past six years in the Hotel World, most recently as Director of E-commerce Marketing Strategies at the Vista Host Hotel Development and Management Firm. There she oversaw the digital footprint and marketing plans for thirty-three properties across North America. Burke holds a B.S. in New Media Communications from Middle Tennessee State University with a Minor in Art, Graphic Design.   

Burke’s position, as Digital Marketing Specialist, is a new role within the organization and was made possible by a Value-Added Producer Grant recently awarded to TFWA from USDA. She will play an integral role in the fulfillment of the overall program associated with the grant which focuses on “Wine Tourism” through robust in-bound and out-bound marketing campaigns.

“Emily’s role in the hospitality and tourism industry will be invaluable as the TFWA looks to promote wine tourism across the state over the coming years.” Adam Acampora, Executive Director of TFWA, said. “One of our association’s primary missions is to promote our winery members to the general public and having Emily in this new position is critical for that success.”
